Abstract

Pariwisata telah memberikan kontribusi dampak terhadap pendapatan dunia sebesar 9,5%, pariwisata berperan atas terciptanya U$ 1,4 Biliun ekspor atau 5% dari nilai ekspor di dunia. Indonesia memiliki banyak tempat wisata yang banyak dikunjungi oleh semua kalangan wisatawan, mulai dari kota besar sampai kota kecil. Bukan hanya masyarakat Indonesia saja yang datang mengunjungi tempat wisata di Indonesia, melainkan turis asing banyak yang datang berkunjung, salah satunya adalah turis Tiongkok. Dengan adanya turis dari China yang berdatangan masih banyak pelaku usaha wisata yang kesulitan berkomunikasi karena keterbatasan bahasa, sehingga kita harus menyelesaikan masalah ini agar setiap individu yang berada dalam dunia pariwisata sadar akan pentingnya bahasa Mandarin dalam dunia pariwisata. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kajian literatur dan kuesioner. Lalu hasil data diolah melalui spss dan melewati pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, analisis regresi, uji t, dan uji f sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang dapat diterima dan berhasil untuk kedua variabel yaitu pentingnya kelancaran berbahasa mandarin, dan pariwisata Indonesia. / Tourism has contributed to the impact on world income by 9.5%, tourism contributes to the creation of U $ 1.4 billion of exports or 5% of the value of exports in the world. Indonesia has many tourist attractions that are visited by many tourists, from big cities to small cities. Not only Indonesians come to visit tourist attractions in Indonesia, but many foreign tourists come to visit, one of which is Chinese tourists. With the arrival of tourists from China, there are still many tourism business actors who have difficulty communicating due to language and limitations, so we have to solve this problem so that every individual who is in the world of tourism is aware of the importance of Mandarin in the world of tourism. In this study using literature review and questionnaires. Then the results of the data are processed through SSS and pass validity, reliability, regression analysis, t-test, and f-test to obtain acceptable and successful results for both variables, namely the importance of Mandarin and Indonesian tourism.
