Abstract
Mobil adalah salah satu transportasi yang paling banyak digunakan oleh
masyarakat Indonesia dan juga diseluruh dunia. Harga mobil baru yang setiap
tahunnya selalu mengalami kenaikan membuat banyak orang lebih memilih untuk
membeli sebuah mobil bekas. Dengan pertumbuhan internet yang begitu pesat maka
proses transaksi jual beli mobil bekas mulai mengalami pergeseran. Dalam
perkembangan ini yang diperhatikan apakah masyarakat Indonesia sudah siap untuk
membeli mobil bekas secara online dan apakah masyarakat Indonesia bisa percaya
untuk membeli mobil bekas secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat konsumen untuk membeli mobil bekas secara
online dengan variabel-variabel seperti sikap dalam konsumsi kolaboratif mobil bekas
secara online, norma subjektif dalam konsumsi kolaboratif mobil bekas, integritas
yang dirasakan pelaku konsumsi kolaboratif mobil bekas, materialisme, dan
pengalaman sebelumnya dalam konsumsi kolaboratif mobil bekas.
Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian survei. Instrument dari
penelitian ini berbentuk sebuah kuisioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 150 orang
pengguna mobil bekas yang berdomisili di Tangerang dan sekitarnya. Analisis data
dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 3.3.2.
Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sikap dalam konsumsi kolaboratif
mobil bekas secara online berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap niat
konsumsi kolaboratif mobil bekas melalui internet. Norma subjektif dalam konsumsi
kolaboratif mobil bekas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengalaman
sebelumnya dalam konsumsi kolaboratif mobil bekas, sikap dalam konsumsi
kolaboratif mobil bekas secara online, dan niat konsumsi kolaboratif mobil bekas
melalui internet. Pengalaman sebelumnya dalam konsumsi kolaboratif mobil bekas
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap dalam konsumsi kolaboratif mobil
bekas secara online dan integritas yang dirasakan pelaku konsumsi kolaboratif mobil
bekas. / Cars are one of the most widely used forms of transportation by Indonesians
and throughout the world. The price of a new car, which is always increasing every
year, makes many people prefer to buy a used car. With the rapid growth of the
internet, the process of buying and selling used cars has begun to shift. In this
development, one should pay attention to whether Indonesians are ready to buy used
cars online and whether Indonesians can trust to buy used cars online. This study aims
to determine the factors that influence consumer intentions to buy used cars online
with variables such as attitudes in collaborative consumption of used cars online,
subjective norms in collaborative consumption of used cars,
This research is categorized as a survey research. The instrument of this study
was in the form of a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 150 used car users
who live in Tangerang and its surroundings. Data analysis was performed using the
PLS-SEM method through the SmartPLS 3.3.2 application.
The results of this study concluded that attitude in collaborative consumption
of used cars onlinehas a positive and significant effect on the intention of
collaborative consumption of used cars via the internet. Subjective norms in the
collaborative consumption of used cars have a positive and significant effect on
previous experiences in collaborative consumption of used cars, attitudes in
collaborative consumption of used cars online, and intentions of collaborative
consumption of used cars via the internet. Previous experience in collaborative
consumption of used cars has a positive and significant effect on attitudes in
collaborative consumption of used cars online and the perceived integrity of used car
collaborative consumption actors.
