Development becomes an activity that requires land acquisition as a support, this is an effort to support the public interest in a country, so that demands for land acquisition cannot be avoided by governments in various countries. Arrangements for land acquisition for public interest are regulated in Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Implementation of Land Acquisition for Development for Public Interest. Contains definitions, procedures and provisions regarding the implementation of development for the public interest, one of which is toll roads. This study aims to determine the law enforcement of land acquisition for the public interest regarding the Toll Road Access Project and legal considerations along with the verdict of the case Number: 156 / PDT.G / 2019 / PN Ckr in terms of Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development for Public Interest. The research method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a statutory approach. The results of the study stated that the land acquisition for the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road Development Project was in accordance with Article 7 of Law Number 2 of 2012, but the procedure for determining the location was not in accordance with Article 24 of Law No. 2 of 2012.
