Abstract
One of the most important components in a company is the availability of human
resources. In order for companies to continue to compete, it is needed not only the
amount of human resources available, but the quality of the resources themselves
that can make the company continue to grow. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct
an organizational commitment level measurement for the company through
employee engagement, work environment and organizational learning in PT. XYZ
to 170 respondents in various levels. The data obtained is then processed using
the SmartPLS 2.0 software with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The
results of this study, the variable employee engagement and organizational
learning have a positive effect on organizational commitment, especially affective
commitment. While the work environment variable does not have a positive effect
on organizational commitment. This which then becomes the material for the
improvement of the company in the future is mainly the comfort and work
atmosphere to improve the competitiveness of the company. / Salah satu komponen terpenting dalam sebuah perusahaan adalah ketersediaan
sumber daya manusia. Agar perusahaan dapat terus bersaing diperlukan bukan
hanya banyaknya sumber daya manusia yang tersedia, tetapi kualitas dari sumber
daya itu sendiri yang dapat membuat perusahaan terus berkembang. Namun,
banyak perusahaan yang berada di area Jabodetabek tidak tersebar secara merata
kepada daerah-daerah lain dapat menyebabkan masalah sumber daya manusia itu
sendiri. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukannya pengukuran tingkat komitment
karyawan atau organization commitment terhadap perusahaan melalui employee
engagement, work environment dan organizational learning yang ada di PT. XYZ
kepada 170 responden dalam berbagai level. Data yang didapatkan kemudian di
olah menggunakan software SmartPLS 2.0 dengan metode Partial Least Square
(PLS). Hasil penelitian ini, variabel employee engagement dan organizational
learning berpengaruh positif terhadap organization commitment terutama affective
commitment. Sedangkan variabel work environment tidak berpengaruh positif
terhadap organization commitment. Hal ini yang kemudian menjadi bahan untuk
perbaikan perusahaan di masa yang akan datang terutama adalah kenyaman dan
suasana kerja untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.
