Abstract

Mesin molding injeksi digunakan dalam industri manufaktur karet dalam proses produksinya. Pemantauan produksi yang manual memaksa PPIC untuk turun ke lapangan memeriksanya. Keterlambatan informasi dapat mengakibatkan pengiriman menjadi terlambat, sehingga sistem informasi secara real time sangat dibutuhkan. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan merancang aplikasi web sistem pemantauan secara real time untuk proses mesin produksi sehingga dapat memudahkan pembuatan rencana produksi dan penerimaan informasi mengenai hasil produksi. Proses informasi produksi dilakukan dengan mengambil jumlah siklus produksi yang tersimpan pada PLC mesin, kemudian diolah dan disimpan ke dalam basis data menggunakan VB script. Penelitian dengan simulasi mendapatkan bahwa data yang sudah tersimpan tersebut mampu ditampilkan ke dalam aplikasi web menjadi sebuah informasi produksi yang dapat diakses oleh PPIC dan juga diekspor dalam bentuk dokumen excel dan cetak. Aplikasi web juga dapat mengetahui laporan jumlah hasil finishing dan checking dengan verifikasi aplikasi berhasil. Penelitian sistem pemantauan berbasis web juga mendapatkan bahwa pemantauan produksi dapat dilakukan 1 hari lebih cepat dari metode sebelumnya sebab sistem pemantauan dapat diakses secara langsung./Injection molding machines are used in the rubber manufacturing industry in the production process. Manual production monitoring forces PPIC to go to the field to inspect it. Delays in information can result in late delivery, so that a real time information system is needed. Research conducted by designing a web application monitoring system in real time for the production machine process so as to facilitate the making of production plans and receiving information about production results. The production information process is carried out by taking the number of production cycles stored on the machine's PLC, then processing it and storing it into a database using a VB script. Research with simulation found that the data that has been stored can be displayed in a web application into a production information that can be accessed by PPIC and also exported in the form of excel and printed documents. The web application can also find out the report on the number of finishing and checking results with successful application verification. Research on web-based monitoring systems also found that production monitoring can be carried out 1 day earlier than the previous method because the monitoring system can be accessed directly.
