Abstract

The growth of wireless and internet communications around the world has been significantly, one of them is the use of internet technology that has changed the way of individuals to communicate in terms of accessing and sharing the information from around the world. The use of internet technology is expected to provide great benefits to an increasingly competitive business world. One type of technology implementation that can be utilized in terms of increasing business competition and product sales is by using electronic commerce (e-Commerce) which can help market various products or services, both in physical and digital form. e-Commerce certainly gives a direct impact on Attitudes that influence a decisions online shopping in Jakarta. The data were collected by using questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed to 153 respondents who were consumers of e-commerce in Jakarta and 116 data responden are valid. Data were analyzed by structured equation modeling PLS method using SmartPLS ver 3.2.3. which aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of perceived benefits, perceived web quality, e-wom and trust in online shopping decisions in Jakarta. The results of the research conducted to the respondents showed that the perceived benefit, perceived website quality and trust are positively influence on online shopping decisions especially in Jakarta. / Pertumbuhan komunikasi nirkabel dan internet di seluruh dunia telah bertumbuh secara signifikan dan salah satu pengaruh dari pertumbuhan tersebut adalah penggunaan teknologi internet untuk mengubah cara setiap individu dalam berkomunikasi lalu berkembang dalam hal mengakses serta berbagi informasi yang ada dari seluruh dunia. Penggunaan teknologi internet diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar terhadap dunia bisnis yang semakin kompetitif. Salah satu jenis implementasi teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam hal meningkatkan persaingan bisnis dan penjualan produk-produk adalah dengan menggunakan electronic commerce (e-Commerce) yang dapat membantu memasarkan berbagai macam produk atau jasa, baik dalam bentuk fisik maupun digital. e-Commerce tentunya memberikan dampak langsung pada Keputusan konsumen terhadap belanja online di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan kepada 153 responden yang merupakan konsumen e-commerce di Jakarta lalu dengan data yang valid sebesar 116 responden. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan metode structured equation modeling PLS dengan menggunakan alat SmartPLS ver 3.2.3. yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Perceived benefit, Perceived web quality , e-wom dan Trust pada Keputusan belanja online di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan kepada responden tersebut menunjukan bahwa Perceived benefit, Perceived web quality dan Trust berpengaruh secara positif pada Keputusan belanja online di Jakarta.
