Abstract
The purpose of this study was to see the impact of Firm Stability, Pay Level,
Industry, Work Situation, Training and Supervision which are factors that cause
Turnover to Organizational Effectiveness. This research uses stratified random
sampling where the sample used comes from PT XXX employees by distributing
questionnaires to employees of PT XXX. The collected data was tested for validity
and reliability, then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model with PLS.
The study was conducted on 392 PT XXX employees. The results of data analysis
indicate that Work Situation has a positive influence on Organizational
Effectiveness, Industry has a positive influence on Organizational Effectiveness,
and Training and Supervision have a positive influence on Organizational
Effectiveness. / Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh Stabilitas Perusahaan, Tingkat
Upah, Industri, Situasi Kerja, Pelatihan dan Pengawasan yang merupakan faktorfaktor penyebab Turnover terhadap Efektivitas Organisasi. Penelitian ini
menggunakan stratified random sampling dimana sampel yang digunakan berasal
dari karyawan PT XXX dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT
XXX. Data yang terkumpul dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, lalu dianalisis
dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model dengan PLS.
Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 392 karyawan PT XXX. Hasil analisis data
menunjukkan bahwa Situasi Kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap
Efektivitas Organisasi, Industri memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Efektivitas
Organisasi, dan Pelatihan dan Pengawasan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap
Efektivitas Organisasi.
