Abstract
Effect of Reward Intrinsic, Reward Extrinsic, and Job Motivation to Job Satisfaction
and impact of Turnover Intention. This goal research is look relations between reward
intrinsic and reward extrinsic that got the teacher to rising job motivation and teacher
job satisfaction that have impact to reduce teacher who have turnover intention. This
research used population method with total 97 teachers who work in Yayasan
PendidikanABC. Analysis data in this research used Variance or Component Based
SEM (VB-SEM) that an alternative method is Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). This
reason used this method is the analyst or want to test relation between the variable in
the research with used SMARTPLS-SEM 3.0.
The results of the research was a teacher who gets rewarded intrinsic and extrinsic
have an impact to improve their job motivation and job satisfaction, but do not have an
impact to reduce turnover intention in the Yayasan Pendidikan ABC. / Pengaruh Reward Intrinsic dan Reward Extrinsic, dan Job Motivation terhadap Job
Satisfaction dan dampaknya terhadap Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
melihat hubungan antara reward baik penghargaan intrinsic maupun extrinsic yang
diterima oleh guru terhadap peningkatan job motivation dan peningkatan job
satisfaction para guru yang dapat menurunkan intensi guru untuk keluar dari
pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian populasi dengan jumlah
subyek penelitian sebanyak 97 guru yang merupakan jumlah populasi pada Yayasan
Pendidikan ABC. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variance atau
component based SEM (VB-SEM) yang metode alternatifnya adalah Partial Least
Squares (PLS-SEM). Alasan penggunaan metode ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan
anatara variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan SMART
PLS-SEM 3.0.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa reward intrinsic dan reward extrinsic yang diterima oleh
guru pada Yayasan Pendidikan ABC dapat meningkatakan job motivation dan job
satisfaction mereka tetapi tidak dapat menurunkan turnover intention para guru di
Yayasan tersebut.
