Abstract
Organizational commitment is part of an important theory of organizational
development and human capital management either for profit or non-profit
organization. This quantitative research has purpose to know the influence of selfefficacy, organization culture, and work motivation to organizational commitment
at Wahana Visi Indonesia Foundation as non-profit organization for community
and child well-being. The primary data is based on survey to 130 out of 710
employer of Wahana Visi Indonesia Foundation. Smart Partial Least Squared
(SmartPLS) Structured Equation Model (SEM) 3.0 is being used for the data
analysis method. The result of research shows that self-efficacy has not positive
significant influende to work motivation, but has positive influence to
organizational commitment. Moreover, organization culture has positive influence
both to work motivation and organizational commitment. Lastly, work motivation
has positive influence to organizational commitment. / Peran pengembangan organisasi dan sumber daya manusia tidak terlepas dari faktor
komitmen organisasi, baik untuk organisasi profit maupun non-profit. Penelitian ini
dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor dari self-efficacy, budaya organisasi,
dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk
melihat kesesuaian pengaruh faktor tersebut terhadap komitmen organisasi pada
Yayasan Wahana Visi Indonesia, yang merupakan organisasi non-profit atau
yayasan sosial kemanusiaan Kristen yang bekerja untuk membuat perubahan yang
berkesinambungan pada kehidupan anak, keluarga, dan masyarakat yang hidup
dalam kemiskinan. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang didapatkan dari
130 dari 710 karyawan Yayasan Wahana Visi Indonesia melalui penyebaran
kuesioner secara acak. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS-SEM
3.0 (Partial Least Squared – Strutured Equation Model). Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi
kerja. Selanjutnya, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap motivasi kerja maupun komitmen organisasi. Terakhir, hasil penelitian
juga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh secara positif dan
signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
