Abstract
Speaking and gross motor skills in children aged 2-3 years are a concern for the Nursery class teacher at TK Rainbow Learning Center. This encourages teacher to reflect and look for alternative solutions to make improvements through Home Based Learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study aims to develop speaking and gross motor skills through the application of Home Based Learning during a pandemic. In addition, the authors also analyze and describe the development of speaking and gross motor skills after the application of Home Based Learning.This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. This activity consists of 3 cycles, in each cycle data collection is carried out. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a structured Home-Based Learning program can develop speaking and gross motor skills in children aged 2-3 years.

Hal ini mendorong guru untuk melakukan refleksi dan mencari alternatif solusi untuk melakukan perbaikan melalui Home Based Learning pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara dan motorik kasar melalui penerapan Home Based Learning pada masa pandemi. Selain itu, penulis juga menganalisis serta menjabarkan perkembangan keterampilan berbicara dan motorik kasar setelah penerapan Home Based Learning. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari 3 siklus, pada setiap siklus dilakukan pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program Home Based Learning yang terstruktur dapat mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara dan motorik kasar pada anak usia 2-3 tahun.
