Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand customer’s repurchase intention to book travel by an online travel agencies (OTA) are determined by commitment, trust, attitude as the antecedents. This research used a questionnaire and the data collected from 125 online travel agencies customers who millennial, 18-38 years old, and live in DKI Jakarta. PLS (partial least squares version 3.0) is used to analyse the measurement and structural models. This study shows that commitment, trust and attitude are not significant predictors of customer‘s repurchase intention to book travel by an online travel agency. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penentu yang berpengaruh terhadap travel repurchase intention melalui Online travel agencies (OTA) yang sama. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 125 responden generasi Millennial di DKI Jakarta yang sudah pernah melakukan pemesanan perjalanan melalui OTA. Seluruh responden dalam penelitian ini diminta untuk mengisi kuesioner, data hasil pengisian kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan PLS secara deskriptif maupun kuantitatif untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor yang berpengaruh terhadap intensi pemesanan perjalanan kembali melalui Online travel agencies (OTA) yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa 11 hipotesis sesuai dengan hipotesis dan signifikan, sedangkan terdapat 3 hipotesis yang lainnya tidak signifikan. Hasil yang tidak sesuai dengan hipotesis adalah pengaruh commitment, trust, attitude terhadap travel repurchase intention melalui suatu Online Travel Agencies (OTA).
