Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utnuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Employer Brand Dimensions yang terdiri dari Training and Development, Reputation, Diversity, Work-life Balance, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Organizational Culture terhadap Job Satisfaction. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bank XYZ Indonesia khususnya di Jakarta region C. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik survey dengan jumlah sampel 153 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Simple Regression dan Multiple Regression. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan Employer Brand Dimensions yang terdiri dari Training and Development, Reputation, Diversity, Work-life Balance, Corporate Social Responsibility dan Organizational Culture berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction.
