This study aimed to determine the relationship of student’s perception to teacher’s competence and the quality of school service with the student’s satisfaction of schooling in Tarakanita Gading Serpong High School. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 117 students of class XII as the target population. There are 84 respondents which are determined randomly by using the table of Issac Michael. Data are founded by using the Pearson’s bivariate correlation analysis, partial correlation, and double regretion. The result of the study point out that there are relationship between the teacher’s competence and students’ satisfaction at the scale of moderate level, the relationship between service quality and students’ satisfaction of schooling at the scale of strong level, the relationship between teacher’s competence and the quality of the school service with students’ satisfaction of schooling in the Tarakanita Gading Serpong High School at the scale of strong level. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi guru dan kualitas layanan sekolah dengan kepuasan siswa bersekolah di SMA Tarakanita Gading Serpong. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kepada populasi target yaitu siswa kelas XII yang berjumlah 117. Responden ditentukan secara random menggunakan tabel Issac Michael sebanyak 84 siswa. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis Korelasi Bivariat Pearson, Korelasi Parsial dan Regresi Berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kompetensi guru dengan kepuasan siswa dengan tingkat kekuatan sedang, adanya hubungan antara kualitas layanan sekolah dengan kepuasan siswa bersekolah dengan tingkatan yang kuat, adanya hubungan antara kompetensi guru dan kualitas layanan sekolah dengan kepuasan siswa bersekolah di SMA Tarakanita Gading Serpong dengan tingkatan yang kuat.
