KKMD application ia an application which used to done the cooperative society’s accounting process. In a cooperative society, there are many calculation included remains, loan, etc. Besides that, as the employee in PT. Matahari Putra Prima increases, the amount of KKMD’s member increase. The employee’s data and the management of this data become a serious problem. The goal of this system is to make the accounting process and input data process computerized. To make this application, the first thing to do is to analyze the existing system. Before using KKMD application, PT. Matahari Putra Prima use Microsoft Excel program to input data and do the calculation. After analyze the existing system, the form design adn the program coding of this application is made by using Microsoft Visual Basic. The database of this application is made using Microsoft Access program. Then the program coding is made. The last thing to do is to make the report using Crsytal Report Program. The result is an application which named as KKMD application. This application is a moderate program. After using KKMD application, administrator can input the employee’s data, their remains and loans and done the accounting process which happen every month for remain and loan just by clicking one button. The calculation process also done automatically when the administrator input the data. The database is easy to manage.This application helps in study how to make an apllication using Microsoft Visual Basic.
