As an important facility that is available for student use, the General Computer Laboratory in University of Pelita Harapan is equipped with various devices that are much sensitive to the improper use such as indicating a deception of identity or using computer without permission, besides theft and vandalism. To address the potential problem due to the improper use, monitoring application software for tracking computer use is developed. The software has the ability to monitor and record every computer use. In practice, the software becames such as guard doe anyone who wants to get access into the computer. With this ability, the software helps the staff to perform his/her task easier. And to provide the head of General Computer Laboratory with a complete track of every computer use, the software can generate report on request. Finally, all record of the computer use is presented in form of report.
