This application is developed to complete the system already used at Pelita Harapan University because there are still some condition not taken care yet by the old system, changing of user demands, and the development of technology. This report explain about claim and overtime system already used at UPH, developing new system which covering condition not taken care yet, user friendly, and how the new system works. As conclusion, the new system which is covering condition not taken care and user friendly enough developed with some advantages and limitation.
