The only way for an administrator to look up a client’s data is to search for the form being archived together with every other client’s data, and that is too the only way for a client to know and interact with their foster children. There is a way to eliminate time consumption used for finding these forms and improve efficiency, by storing it in a database and displaying the data on a website. The website, made by utilizing Hypertext Pre-Processor 5.2.5 as the core language, JavaScript as a complement for its design, Macromedia Dreamweaver 8.0 as its editor, and MySQL Enterprise Server 5.0.51a as the database, clients can view information based on their registration number, and administrators can do administrative operations without any delays made by searching the forms manually by hand. The usage of the website is to simplify data storage and accessibility, while displaying computerized pages appropriately.
