Adanya regulasi pemerintah Indonesia serta tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja dan kesakitan akibat kerja, mendorong perusahaan untuk lebih mengawasi program Keselamatan dan Kesetan Kerja (K3). Perusahaan Jasa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (PJK3) membantu pelaksanaan pemenuhan K3 yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang – undangan yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dalam pemilihan Perusahaan Jasa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja PT. SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan datanya. Narasumber untuk penelitian ini adalah klien dari PT. SMK dalam periode Juli 2019 sampai dengan November 2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan untuk menggunakan jasa pihak ketiga untuk pelayanan kesehatan kerja di sebuah perusahaan atau pabrik adalah kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi dan pengalaman tenaga kesehatan, fleksibilitas pelayanan, fasilitas yang terintegrasi, dan harga pelayanan yang sesuai budget perusahaan/The existence of Indonesian government regulations as well as the high rate of work accidents and work-related illnesses, encourages companies to better oversee the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program. Occupational Safety and Health Service Company assists in the implementation of compliance with OSH in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors in selecting the Occupational Safety and Health Service Company PT. SMK. This study uses a qualitative approach using interviews and observation as data collection methods. The interviewees for this research were clients from PT. SMK in the period of July 2019 to November 2020. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the decision to use third party services for occupational health services in a company or factory are service quality, competence and experience of health workers, service flexibility, integrated facilities, and service prices in accordance with the company budget.
