Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi di Indonesia sudah mulai berkembang dan semakin maju. Dalam hal ini tidak hanya kemajuan teknologi di bidang telekomunikasi, namun mengarah ke inovasi-inovasi yang terbaru dalam bidang transportasi online masyarakat Indonesia, dengan adanya transportasi online khususnya taksi online, masyarakat terbantu dengan banyaknya pilihan dalam melakukan aktifitasnya sehari-hari untuk berpindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lain.
