Abstract
Kepuasan hidup adalah faktor yang penting pada kesejahteraan hidup guru pra-sekolah. Kepuasan hidup dapat diperngaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan transformasional dan persepsi dukungan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kepuasan hidup guru pra-sekolah. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling) digunakan pada penelitian ini. Subyek penelitian adalah 25 guru prasekolah pada sekolah XYZ, dan penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Program SmartPLS 3.0 digunakan untuk memproses data dan menguji hipotesa. Dari data yang diproses dan uji hipotesa, maka diperoleh hasil (1) kepemimpinan transformational memiliki pengaruh positif dengan kepuasan kerja, (2) persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dengan kepuasan kerja, (3) kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dengan kepuasan hidup, (4) kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif dengan kepuasan hidup, dan (5) persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dengan kepuasan hidup. / Life satisfaction is important in preschool teachers’ well-being. Life satisfaction can be influenced by several factors; one of them is job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction can be influenced by transformational leadership and perceived organizational support. This research was aimed to find out the effects of transformational leadership, perceived organizational support, and job satisfaction on life satisfaction of preschool teachers at XYZ School in Jakarta. A quantitative approach with PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling) method was used in this study. The subjects of this research were 25 preschool teachers at XYZ School, and thus this research used census method. As for the analysis of the data, SmartPLS 3.0 program was used for data analyzing and hypotheses tests. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership had positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) perceived organizational support had positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) job satisfaction had positive effect on life satisfaction, (4) transformational leadership had positive effect on life satisfaction, and (5) perceived organizational support had positive effect on life satisfaction.
