Abstract
Teacher performance is a manifestation of teacher's role in educating
students by bringing students to recognize and answer God's calling in their life.
Teacher performance was influenced by both directly or indirectly factors that
related to their duties. Some of the factors directly related to teacher performance
are principal leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment.
This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational
culture, and organizational commitment to teacher performance. The subject of
research is 68 teachers who teach at a private high school XYZ in West Jakarta
area. The research design used is path analysis with quantitative approach. The
data obtained in this research is processed using SmartPLS program. The result of
data processing shows that the influence of Servant leadership, organizational
culture, and organizational commitment on teachers performance is positive and
strong enough with R square value of 0.441. / Kinerja guru merupakan wujud peran guru dalam mendidik siswa dengan
membawa siswa mengenali dan menjawab panggilan Allah dalam kehidupannya.
Kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang berkaitan langsung maupun
tidak langsung dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Beberapa faktor yang berkaitan
langsung dengan kinerja guru adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya
organisasi, juga komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
pengaruh servant leadership, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi
terhadap kinerja guru. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 68 guru yang mengajar di
sebuah Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta XYZ di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Desain
penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.
Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan program SmartPLS.
Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Servant leadership, budaya
organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru adalah pengaruh yang
positif dan cukup kuat dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,441.
