Abstract
XYZ School is the private school under one of the educational foundation
in Tangerang. In 2008, the number of students in XYZ school only reached 42
students from kindergartento to elementary levels. When the school was taken
over and renewed their management, in 5 years the number of the students
increased to 981 students from kindergarten to senior high levels. The turnover
was above 30% every year. This study examined the influence of the spiritual
leadership, culture of the organization, commitment of the organization to the
development of the organization. The research method used quantitative research
with 30 teachers selected randomly as the respondents. The data analysis used
path analysis and descriptive statistics. The results showed that spiritual
leadership has positive effects to culture of the organization, commitment of the
organization and the development of the organization. The culture of the
organization has positive effects to commitment of the organization and the
development of the organization. The commitment of the organization has
positive effects to the development of the organization. / Sekolah XYZ merupakan salah satu sekolah swasta yang berada dalam
naungan salah satu yayasan pendidikan di Tangerang. Sebelum, tahun 2008
sekolah XYZ mengalami kemunduran hingga jumlah siswa hanya mencapai 42
siswa dari TK-SD. Setelah dialih kelolah, sekolah XYZ mengalami perubahan
manajemen yang berdampak bagi perkembangan sekolah XYZ. Pada tahun 2016
jumlah siswa sekolah XYZ mencapai 981 siswa dari unit TK-SMA. Selain
mengalami perkembangan, turnover di sekolah XYZ cukup tinggi dengan ratarata di atas 30% setiap tahunya. Penelitian ini akan menguji pengaruh
kepemimpinan spiritual, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, terhadap
perkembangan organisasi. Motode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif
dengan jumlah responden 30 guru yang dipilih secara acak. Analisis data
menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpina berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya
organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan perkembangan organisasi. Budaya
organisasi organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan organisasi dan
komitmen organisasi. Serta komitmen organisasi bepengaruh positif terhadap
perkembangan organisasi.
