Abstract
Teacher is not only required to have an in-role behavior in a school, but
also extra-role behavior, which is called Organizational Citizenship Behavior
(OCB), to support teacher’s performance, and improve productivity of the school.
OCB is related to many factors, including organizational justice, job satisfaction,
and organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of
organizational justice, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on OCB of
the teachers. The research subjects were 50 teachers who teach in XYZ
Elementary School in Jakarta, where the OCB was identified in the employees.
The design used in this study was path analysis with a quantitative approach. The
results showed that organizational justice influenced positively to OCB, job
satisfaction influenced positively to OCB, and organizational commitment
influenced positively OCB. / Seorang guru tidak hanya dituntut untuk memiliki perilaku in-role, namun juga
perilaku extra-role, yang disebut juga organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)
untuk menunjang kinerja guru, serta meningkatkan produktivitas sekolah. OCB
tersebut berkaitan dengan banyak faktor, diantaranya keadilan organisasi,
kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen
organisasi terhadap OCB guru. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah 50 guru yang
mengajar di sebuah Sekolah Dasar Swasta XYZ di Jakarta, dimana teridentifikasi
OCB di dalamnya. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan
pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa
keadilan organisasi mempengaruhi OCB secara positif, kepuasan kerja
mempengaruhi OCB secara positif, dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi OCB
secara positif.
