Abstract
Education institution’s quality is said to be defined by its teachers. That
becomes one of the reasons for performance assessment to be done in order to
maintain the quality in the world of education. Commitment to be a teacher, along
with how satisfy someone to the job and the quality of self-confidence in teaching
will affect the teachers’ performance quality. Therefore, the goal of this research
is to analyze the positive effect of commitment, job satisfaction, and selfconfidence to teachers’ job performance. The research itself uses quantitative
approach with PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) as
the analysis tool. In order to collect the data, survey method using questionnaire is
used. The questionnaires were given to all teachers in X Elementary School as the
whole population. The result from the research stated that organizational
commitment, job satisfaction, and self-confidence have a positive effect to
teachers’ job performance in X Elementary School. / Guru merupakan penentu kualitas dari suatu institusi pendidikan. Oleh
sebab itu, penilaian kinerja perlu untuk dilakukan untuk menjaga kualitas dari
dunia pendidikan itu sendiri. Komitmen yang diambil untuk menjadi seorang guru
dengan seberapa besar rasa puas terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakoninya sehari-hari
serta kualitas dari kepercayaan dirinya saat mengajar dapat memiliki pengaruh
pada kinerja di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk
menganalisis pengaruh positif komitmen, kepuasan kerja, dan kepercayaan diri
seorang guru terhadap kinerjanya. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat analisis PLS-SEM (Partial Least SquareStructural Equation Modeling). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode
survei melalui kuesioner. Penelitian diuji dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada
keseluruhan populasi, yaitu seluruh guru di Sekolah Dasar X. Hasil penelitian
menyatakan bahwa komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kepercayaan diri
berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar X.
