Abstract

Isi dari tesis ini membahas mengenai Perubahan peruntukan tanah dari fasilitas sosial dan fasilitas umum yang berada di Pluit, Jakarta Utara menjadi peruntukan kawasan bisnis terpadu yang terdiri dari gedung, Apartemen, Gedung perkantoran, town house, rumah kantor, pusat perbelanjaan dan hotel, sebelumnya diatas lahan tersebut berdiri fasilitas olah raga yang terdiri dari lapangan Bola, tennis, bola basket, bulu tangkis dan sebua gudang pertemuan. Perubahan peruntukan tanah adalah bukan sesuatu hal yang dilarang oleh pemerintah, hal ini juga diatur di dalam beberapa peraturan mengenai perubahan peruntukan tanah. Di dalam tesis ini menggunakan metode penelitian Yuridis Normatif yang merupakan penelitian hukum yang analisanya berbasis dan mengacu kepada norma hukum yang ada, baik yang terdapat pada peraturan Undang-undang , Peraturan Pemerintah, Peraturan Pemerintah Daerah, maupun peraturan-peraturan lain yang sejenis. Pemerintah pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk mengadakan perubahan peruntukan suatu lahan sesuai dengan ketentuan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. / The thesis discusses about the change on land usage from social facility and public facility in Pluit, North Jakarta. For purpose of integrated business complex,consisting of Apartements, offices building, town houses, home office, shopping center, hotels. Previously, there was a sport facility in this area consisting of soccer filed, tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, and meeting hall, That changing land usage is not prohibited by the Government, as regulated by the Law and Government Regulation, which provides opportunities to change a land usage. The regional and central government provides opportunity to the society to change the land usage according to the applicable law and regulations
