Abstract
School X is an international school under the auspices of the Singapore Piaget Academy. High teacher turnover and absenteeism phenomenon at the school indicating a decrease in teachers commitment, which threatens to distrupt the learning process of the students. Factors related to teacher commitment examine in this study is organizational justice, organizational trust and work motivation. The aims of this study were to determine the influence of organizational justice, trust organizations and work motivation to organizational commitment of the teachers at school X in Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative description of the census study, all members of the population were sampled in the study, with total of 21 respondents. The hypothesis was tested using path analysis design. The data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of four variables, namely organizational justice and organizational trust and work motivation as independent variable and organizational commitment as the dependent variable with a Likert Scale as a research instrument. The data were processed using Smart PLS 2.0 software. The reliability of the measuring instrument was tested using face validity, construct validity testing, and reliability testing. The results showed that organizational justice, organizational trust and work motivation have positive effect on organizational commitment. / Sekolah X merupakan sekolah international dibawah naungan Piaget Academy Singapura. Fenomena turnover dan absensi yang terjadi di Sekolah ini menunjukkan adanya kesulitan guru untuk berkomitmen yang dikhawatirkan akan mengganggu proses pembelajaran murid-murid di sekolah tersebut. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan komitmen guru yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah keadilan organisasi, kepercayaan organisasi dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi, kepercayaan organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru sekolah X di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskripsi kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian sensus, di mana seluruh anggota populasi menjadi sampel penelitian yaitu 21 responden dengan menggunakan desain analisis jalur. Instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari empat variabel, yaitu keadilan organisasi dan kepercayaan organisasi sebagai variabel bebas, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel terikat. Data diolah dengan menggunakan software Smart PLS 2.0. Kehandalan alat ukur (kuesioner) diuji menggunakan face validity, uji validitas konstruk, dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keadilan organisasi, kepercayaan organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi.
