Abstract

Program rencana pulang merupakan bagian dari proses keperawatan yang seharusnya mencakup pengkajian berkelanjutan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang komperhensif tentang kebutuhan pasien untuk mempersiapkan pasien kembali ke lingkungannya. Pemberian informasi yang jelas kepada pasien merupakan salah satu aspek yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dan kepuasan pasien. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat atau tidak terdapat hubungan antara Persepsi program rencana pulang dengan tingkat kepuasan layanan keperawatan pada pasien di satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada Hubungan antara Persepsi program rencana pulang dengan tingkat kepuasan layanan keperawatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Dari hasil penenelitian ini terdapat korelasi kuat antar dua variabel dengan nilai koefesien korelasi positif yaitu 0.639, nilai signifikasi < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara Persepsi program rencana pulang dengan tingkat kepuasan layanan keperawatan pada pasien di satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Barat = The discharge planning is part of the nursing process which should include ongoing assessment to get comprehensive information about the patient's needs to prepare patients to return to their environmen. Providing clear information to patients is one aspect that can affect the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction . Problem statement in this research is there relationship or no relationship between the perception of discharge planning toward satisfaction level of nursing services in one western indonesian private hospital. The purpose of this research is to find out if there is relationship between the perception program home with the satisfaction of nursing service . The methods used in this research is quantitative cross sectional which uses the technique purposive sampling. From the results of this research is there a strong correlation between the two of variables with a positive correlation coefficient value is 0.639, and significance value <0.05. Relationship between the perception of discharge planning toward patient’s satisfaction level of nursing services in one western indonesian private hospital.
