Abstract

Not all of the people in the world want to have a marriage with someone whose in the same region and nationality with them. Some people also have interest to get married with the people from different nationality. The marriage of some people from different nationality can make the couple have a child or children. But, the main issue of this kind of marriage are about the inheritance and their child nationality. Tidak semua orang di dunia ini ingin menjalankan pernikahan dengan orang yang berada di wilayah dan berkewarganegaraan sama dengan mereka. Sebagian orang juga memiliki ketertarikan untuk menikah dengan orang yang berbeda kewarganegaraan. Perkawinan beda kewarganegaraan yang dilakukan sebagian orang ini memungkinkan pasangan memiliki anak atau anak-anak. Tapi yang menjadi isu utama perkawinan semacam ini adalah masalah tentang pewarisan dan kewarganegaraan anak mereka. Seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa kewarganegaraan anak di bawah umur delapan belas tahun masih bipatride atau apatride, karena ia tidak bias memilih kewarganegaraannya sendiri diakibatkan umurnya yang belum genap delapan belas tahun. Tapi, jika sang anak memilih menjadi Warga Negara Asing saat umurnya mencapai delapan belas tahun, kita harus menyadari tentang sistem pewarisan (terutama tanah dan bangunan), apakah ia dapat memiliki hak milik atau tidak. Dan jika jawabannya ya, kita harus mencari tahu bagaimana prosedurnya / As we see the nationality of a child under eighteen years old is still bipatride or apatride, because he can’t pick his nationality yet before he is eighteen from the regulation. But, if the child pick to be a foreigner when his age is eighteen already, we should consider about the inheritance system (especially for the land and building), whether they can have eigendom or not.
