Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penurunan bertahap dari fungsi ginjal dari waktu ke waktu dikenal sebagai gagal ginjal kronik (GGK). Terapi hemodialisa (HD) adalah yang paling banyak dilakukan dan jumlahnya dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat. masalah yang paling sering timbul pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisa adalah peningkatan volume cairan diantara dua waktu dialisis atau dikenal dengan intradialytic weight gain (IDWG); yang dimanifestasikan dalam penambahan berat badan dan edema. Pada penelitian pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, peneliti menyimpulkan adanya peningkatan berat badan sebelum dialisis diatas rekomendasi peningkatan berat badan normal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi gambaran tingkat pengetahuan pasien dalam pembatasan cairan di rumah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quantitative-Describtive dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Hasil uji univariat dengan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner didapatkan hasil bahwa rata-rata skor pengetahuan pasien hemodialisa terhadap pembatasan cairan adalah sebesar 69,8%. Sebanyak 12 responden (18,82%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang, 43 responden (47,05%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup, sedangkan untuk responden yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik sebanyak 30 responden (34,11%) = Background: A gradual decrease in kidney function over time is known as chronic kidney diases (CKD). Hemodialysis therapy (HD) is the most widely performed therapy and the number is increasing year by year. However, patients who frequently undergo hemodialysis have many problems, the most common problem in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis is an increase in fluid volume between two-time dialysis or known as intradialytic weight gain (IDWG); which is manifested in weight gain and edema. In a preliminary study conducted by researchers, the researchers concluded that there was a weight gain prior to dialysis on the recommendation of normal weight gain. The purpose of the research is Identify the client's level of knowledge in the fluid restriction at home. The method used in this research is Quantitative-Describtive with research instrument using closed questionnaire. Outcome of uni-variate analysis using the questionnaire mean is 68.9%. There are 12 (28.82) respondents has less level of knowledge, 43 (47.50%) has a moderate level of knowledge and 30(34.11) have good level of knowledge.
