Abstract
Operasi atau pembedahan merupakan tindakan pengobatan dengan membuka atau menampilkan bagian tubuh dengan cara yang invasive, dan pembukaan bagian tubuh ini umumnya dilakukan dengan membuka sayatan. Pembedahan dapat menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan bagi pasien, karena tindakan pembedahan dapat menyebabkan trauma pada jaringan yang dapat menimbulkan nyeri. Nyeri pada pasca operasi dapat di atasi dengan pemberian terapi nonfarmakologi, salah satunya terapi musik. Terapi musik sebagai pengobatan nonfarmakologi modern terbukti mampu untuk menangani nyeri pada pasien pasca operasi. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas dari terapi musik terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien pasca operasi. Hasil pencarian dari empat database dan handsearching sejak bulan April - Juli 2018 menghasilkan sepuluh artikel yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2008-2018. Studi artikel yang digunakan adalah eksperimental dan kuasi eksperimental dengan menggunakan analisis pendekatan thematic analysis: a simplified approach. Proses seleksi artikel dilakukan dengan menggunakan flow diagram PRISMA. Adapun hasil kajian literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi musik efektif terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien pasca operasi dengan rentang p-value antara <0.01 dan 0.03. = Surgery is a treatment act by opening the body part in an invasive way, and the opening of this part of the body is generally done by opening the incision. Surgery can cause discomfort for the patient, because surgery can cause trauma to the tissue that will trigger pain. Postoperative pain can be manage with non-pharmacological therapy, one of it is music therapy. Music therapy as a modern non-pharmacological treatment proved to be able to handle pain in postoperative patients. This literature review aims to analyze the effectiveness of music therapy on the reduction of pain scale in postoperative patients. Four databases and handsearching were searched April to July 2018 resulted in ten articles published from 2008-2018. Studies included experimental and quasi experimental by using thematic analysis approach: a simplified approach. The process of article selection is done by using PRISMA flow diagram. The results of this literature review shows that music therapy is effective to decrease pain scale in postoperative patients with range of p-value between <0.01 and 0.03.
