Abstract

Keperawatan merupakan pelayanan atau asuhan professional yang bersifat humanistik, dengan menggunakan pendekatan holistik, dan dilakukan berdasarkan ilmu dan kiat dari keperawatan yang berorientasi kepada kebutuhan objektif lain, serta mengacu kepada standar profesional keperawatan dan menggunakan etika keperawatan sebagai tuntutan umum. Bedside handover atau handover merupakan transfer informasi mengenai tanggung jawab yang dilakukan selama perpindahan perawatan yang berkelanjutan yang mencakup peluang tentang pertanyaan, klasifikasi, konfirmasi tentang pasien, tanggung jawab utama dan kewenangan perawat dari perawat sebelumnya ke perawat yang akan melanjutkan perawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gambaran penerapan bed side handover dan kepuasan pasien tentang pelayanan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Swasta di Indonesia Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dimana dalam ilmu statistik, istilah metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan objek atau peristiwa yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (memaparkan) masalah secara sistematis terhadap suatu peristiwa yang nyata tanpa adanya manipulasi. Sample dari penelitian ini sebanyak 135 pasien di inpatient departmen 1. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan teknik Slovin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pasien merasa puas dengan pelayanan keperawatan rawat inap di inpatient departement 1 di rumah sakit Indonesia Tengah dengan persentase puas 62% dari total 135 p = Nursing is a humanistic service or care that is humanistic, using a holistic approach, and is based on the science and tips of nursing oriented to other objective needs, and refers to nursing professional standards and uses nursing ethics as a general demand. Weigh the receipt or handover is the transfer of information regarding the responsibilities made during the continuous shift of care which includes the opportunity of questioning, classification, confirmation of the patient, the primary responsibility and authority of the nurse from the previous nurse to the nurse who will continue the treatment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the application of bed side handover and patient satisfaction about health services in Private Hospital in Central Indonesia. In this research the method used is quantitative correlation where in the science of statistics, the term correlation has a meaning as a relationship between two or more variables. Samples from this study were 135 patients in inpatient department 1. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with Slovin technique. The results of this study were the patients were satisfied with the nursing service inpatient in inpatient department 1 in Central Indonesia hospital with satisfied percentage 62% out of a total of 135 patients.
