The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the responsibility and role of notaries in the execution of a deed lease land for the construction of BTS tower, as well as the completion of the legal case of a dispute within the responsibility and role of notaries in the execution of a deed lease land for the construction of BTS tower. Research approach to the problems in this research using normative juridical approach, data is needed in this research is secondary data as main data obtained from the research literature and primary data as supportive data obtained from field research. Analysis of data used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are: (1) The responsibilities and the role of notaries in the execution of a deed lease land for the construction of BTS tower is a Notary should consider and look at all the documents that were presented to the Notary, examined all the evidence presented to him, hearing the testimony or statements of the sides so that later in the lease deed is not an error occurred. In addition, every deed made before or by the Notary must have a reason, and the fact that support for the deed in question or there legal considerations that must be explained to the parties; and (2) Settlement of law in case of dispute in the responsibility and the role of notaries in the execution of a deed lease land for the construction of BTS tower is basically a case of a dispute between the parties directly concerned on the notarial deed, including the heirs of their, then it is not a dispute between the parties by notaries who made the deed, but the dispute was only between the parties themselves. It should be understood that as the Notary deed not as a party to the deed is made and this is the one of the contents of the oath of office notary. Notary is prohibited or not allowed to take sides and should not be as interested parties in deed made, including those with wives and families, and even witnesses in the deed itself apply these provisions. It has also been mentioned in the provisions Notary Code, based on the Notary Code Indonesia and Personality Notary, Article 2 (1) explains that: Notary in the conduct of their office aware of its obligations, working alone, to be honest, impartial and full sense of responsibility
