Abstract

Terapi intravena adalah pemberian sejumlah cairan ke dalam tubuh, melalui sebuah jarum ke dalam pembuluh vena untuk menggantikan kehilangan cairan atau zat-zat makanan dari tubuh. Infeksi flebitis adalah hasil dari ketidaktepatan dalam melaksanakan pemasangan infus sesuai dengan standard operating procedure (SOP). Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan perawat dalam menjalankan SOP pemasangan infus di satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, dan jumlah responden sebanyak 38 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi pada perawat yang akan melakukan pemasangan infus. Analisa data yang dilakukan menggunakan univariat. Hasil uji analisis menunjukkan 21 responden (55,3%) patuh dan terdapat 17 responden (44,7%) yang tidak patuh. Kesimpulannya adalah perawat lantai lima di satu Rumah Sakit Swasta Indonesia Bagian Tengah patuh dalam melaksanakan SOP pemasangan infus. Saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut menggunakan penelitian yang dapat digunakan untuk menerapkan SOP pemasangan infus, dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perawat pada SOP pemasangan infus = Intravenous therapy is the administration of a certain amount of fluid into the body, through a needle into the veins to replace fluid loss or food substances from the body. Phlebitis infection is a result of uncertainty in carrying out infusions according to standard operating procedures (SOP). The purpose of this research is to find out the picture of nurse compliance in running SOP of infusion in Private Hospital Central Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. Sampling using simple random sampling, and the number of respondents is 38 respondents. Data collection using observations on nurses who will perform the installation of infusion. The data analysis was conducted using univariate. The result of analysis test showed 21 respondents (55,3%) obedient and there were 17 respondents (44,7%) who did not obey. In conclusion, the fifth nurse at the private Hospital in Indonesia is adhering to implementing SOP of infusion. Suggestions for further research use research that can be used to apply the SOP of infusion, and the factors that affect the nurses in the infusion SOP.
