The accuracy of the rapid test kits sold online is very low. a rapid test kit purchased from a company in China has an accuracy rate of only 30-35 percent. Consumer protection in the sale of such illegal Rapid Test kits is compensation and sanctions for business actors who oppose their obligations as stipulated in Law Number 8 of 2009. People who buy such Rapid Test kits can also be penalized for buying illegal goods. Monitoring of illegal online transactions of Rapid Test tools is carried out by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology and the Ministry of Trade in accordance with their respective authorities.
