Abstract
Studi ini merupakan tinjauan pelaksanaan pembangunan apartemen Grand Kartini yang terletak di Jl. Kartini Raya no. 57. Peninjauan ini ditekankan pada penerusan dan perombakan struktur existing yaitu struktur yang sudah didirikan untuk waktu yang lama sekitar 8 tahun yang lalu yang kemudian dilanjutkan kembali pada tahun 2007 ini. Pemilik Proyek ini adalah PT. Internusa Jaya Semesta yang berkedudukan di Jl. Kartini Raya no. 57. Pembangunan apartemen ini dilaksanakan oleh PT. Putra Satria Prima selaku manager contractor. Sebelum dilakukannya penerusan pembangunan struktur dari kondisi existing, perlu diadakannya berbagai pekerjaan persiapan. Paket pekerjaan persiapan structure ini meliputi : 1.Audit struktur exixting 2.Perbaikan dan perkuatan tulangan yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan teknis denganteknologi chemical anchor. Pada laporan kerja praktek ini akan dibahas diskripsi proyek, data umum proyek, pekerjaanumum proyek, dan pekerjaan persiapan proyek.
