An effective leader is able to delegate tasks by involving the people he leads to do the usual tasks of the leader. Shepherding leadership and trust plays an important role in the coaching process undertaken by the principal so as to have an influence on the delegation in the school. This research was conducted with the aim to know the positive effect of shepherding leadership, trust, and coaching on the delegation. This study uses quantitative approach with the subject of research amounted to 50 respondents. Method of data processing using path analysis (path analysis) and descriptive statistical method. From the result of the research, it can be concluded that shepherding leadership has positive effect on coaching, (2) trust has positive effect on coaching, (3) trust has no positive effect on delegation, (4) shepherding leadership has positive influence on delegation, and (5) coaching have a positive effect on the delegation. / Seorang pemimpin yang efektif mampu mendelegasikan tugas dengan melibatkan orang-orang yang dipimpinnya untuk mengerjakan tugas yang biasa dikerjakan oleh pemimpin. Kepemimpinan gembala dan trust berperan penting dalam proses coaching yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sehingga memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendelegasian di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif kepemimpinan gembala, trust, dan coaching terhadap pendelegasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 50 responden. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan metode statistik deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan (1) kepemimpinan gembala berpengaruh positif terhadap coaching, (2) trust berpengaruh positif terhadap coaching, (3) trust tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap pendelegasian, (4) kepemimpinan gembala berpengaruh positif terhadap pendelegasian, dan (5) coaching berpengaruh positif terhadap pendelegasian.
