Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji mengenai gambaran pelaksanaan pengkajian nyeri pada pasien post-op yang baru kembali dari ruang operasi sesuai Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) di nurse station 5.2 Siloam Hospitals Manado, yang dilakukan selama 1 bulan dari tanggal 8 November- 8 Desember 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan sampling observasi aksidental. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di nurse station 5.2 yang berjumlah 21 orang yang melakukan pengkajian nyeri pada seluruh pasien post-op. Dengan sampel observasi 21 orang perawat dalam melakukan pengkajian nyeri pada 69 orang pasien post-op selama 1 bulan secara observasi aksidental. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh gambaran bahwa pengkajian nyeri pada pasien post-op yang baru kembali 1 jam pertama di ruang perawatan diperoleh data sebanyak 64 dari 69 pasien terkaji nyerinya oleh perawat dengan total persentase sebesar 92,75 % yang telah melampaui standart SOP siloam yakni sebesar 85 %. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah penelitian yang faktor-faktor mengkaji yang memengaruhi perawat didalam melakukan pengkajian nyeri pada pasien post-op sesuai SOP / This research aims to study about the description of the implementation from pain assesment on post-op patients, in accordance to Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) in the nurse station 5.2 Siloam Hospitals Manado, which performed for 1 month from 8 November-8 December 2017. This research uses descriptive method using quantitative approach that uses accidental observation sampling. The population of this reseacrh are all the nurses in nurse station 5.2 that are 21 person that held pain assesment on all post-op patient. With observational sample are 21 nurses that are held pain assesment on 69 pot-op patient in the period of 1 month with accidental observation. From this research, it was found that pain assessment of post-op patients who had just returned the first hour in the ward obtained 64 data from 69 patient’s pain has been assesed by nurses with a total percentage of 92.75% which has exceeded the standard SOP siloam that is 85 %. Suggestions for further research are studies that examine factors that affect nurses in performing pain assessment in post-op patients in accordance to SOP.
