Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) 2015 dalam meta analisis terbarunya menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 20% dari ibu di negara berkembang mengalami klinis depresi setelah melahirkan. Di Siloam Hospitals Makassar (SHMK) 8 dari 10 ibu dengan primipara mengatakan memiliki rasa cemas terhadap tindakan yang akan dilakukan terhadap bayinya. Masalah ini sering dialami ibu primipara yang diakibatkan kurangnya asuhan keperawatan yang didapatkan selama di rumah sakit serta penatalaksanaan penyuluhan penyuluhan kesehatan untuk ibu yang belum terlaksana secara optimal sehingga sering membuat cemas. Salah satu upaya dalam menjaga dan merawat kesehatan pasien adalah dengan menerapkan SOP dalam setiap tindakan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan penyuluhan kesehatan sesuai Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) pada ibu primipara di lantai enam SHMK. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan populasi penelitian adalah perawat dan bidan lantai enam SHMK sebanyak 27 orang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskritif, didapatkan hasil dengan kategori terlaksana sesuai SOP 9 responden (33%) dan kategori tidak terlaksana dengan tidak sesuai SOP 18 responden (67%). Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perawat dan bidan dalam melaksanakan dan mendokumentasikan penyuluhan kesehatan yang sesuai SOP pada primipara dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak dan membandingkan dengan beberapa rumah sakit lainnya / The World Health Organization (WHO) in his latest analysis meta 2015 shows that around 20% of mothers in developing countries experiencing clinical depression after childbirth. These problems often experienced mother primipara caused a lack of incentives for nursing care in hospitals and treatment counseling health education for mothers who have yet to be implemented optimally so often dismayed. One of the efforts in maintaining and caring for the patient's health is to implement the SOP in every nursing actions. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the implementation of appropriate health education Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) on the mother of primipara SHMK on the sixth floor. Sampling technique using total sampling population research nurses and midwives is the sixth floor SHMK as many as 27 people. Research using quantitative methods deskritif, obtained the results by category carried out according SOP 9 respondents (33%) and the category is not done with no according SOP 18 respondents (67%). Researchers subsequently suggested to conducting research on factors that affect nurses and midwives in carrying out and documenting the appropriate health counselling SOP on primipara with number of samples that more and compare with some other hospitals.
