Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa apakah gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Parama Murti, empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Parama Murti, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Parama Murti. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode survey yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dengan sampel 100 responden karyawan di PT Parama Murti, dengan pengolahan data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil pengolahan data yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Parama Murti, empowerment berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Parama Murti, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT Parama Murti. / This study aims to determine the positive effect of leadership style, empowerment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction in PT Parama Murti. The data in this study are obtained through questionnaire with target population 100 employees in PT Parama Murti. Sampling is carried out using convenience sampling. The statistical analysis in this study uses partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) through the SmartPls 3.0 program. The final result of this research shows that there is a positive effect of leadership style, empowerment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction.
