Abstract

Suatu layanan perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kualitas dan tingkat kepuasan yang diterima oleh si penerima layanan, dalam kasus ini Universitas Pelita Harapan memberikan layanan kepada mahasiswa berupa Student Service Centre untuk mendukung kegiatan akademik mahasiswa. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa maka akan dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani dan dengan memyebarkan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini, data didapat dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan Medan. Kuesioner disusun dengan menggunakan metode Servqual dimana terdapat lima variabel, yaitu Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy. Berdasarkan kuesioner yang dibagikan didapat responden berjumlah 127. Hasil kuesioner kemudian diolah, kemudian menghasilkan nilai input untuk variable Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Empathy dengan nilai masing-masing sebesar 78, 76, 77, 74, dan 79. Berdasarkan nilai input tersebut, maka data dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani dan dengan menggunakan Matlab R2017b, maka didapat hasil sebesar 77, 12 dan dinyatakan puas.
