Abstract
Latar Belakang: Keselamatan pasien merupakan elemen perawatan mendasar yang harus diperhatikan oleh Rumah Sakit. Rumah Sakit didukung oleh tenaga kesehatan dalam hal ini perawat dan bidan. Asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan salah satunya memberikan obat. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan, perlunya Standar Operasional Prosedur yang didukung dengan sikap patuh. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan adalah lama kerja. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui adanya tidaknya hubungan lama kerja dengan kepatuhan terhadap Standar Operasional Prosedur pemberian obat intravena. Metode: Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh perawat dan bidan yang bekerja di Siloam Hospitals Labuan Bajo dan sample sebanyak 35 orang yang terdiri dari perawat dan bidan di IPD dan di ICU & NICU. Pengambilan sample menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa statistik menggunakan uji statistik yaitu uji korelasi Spearman Rank (Rho). Hasil: p value= 0,744 yang artinya tidak ada hubungan lama kerja dengan kepatuhan pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur di Siloam Hospitals Labuan Bajo. Kesimpulan: Seluruh perawat dan bidan tidak mematuhi SOP yang berlaku. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tidak selamanya seseorang dengan pengalaman kerja yang lebih lama menjamin individu tersebut untuk patuh terhadap SOP yang berlaku / Background: Patient safety is a fundamental element of care that must be taken care of by the Hospitals. Hospitals supported by health professionals in this case nurses and midwives. Nursing care given one of them provide medicine. To prevent the occurrence of errors, the need for Standard Operating Procedures is supported with compliance. One of the factors affecting compliance is the length of work. Purpose: To know the relationship between the length of work with the compliance to Standard Operating Procedures in intravenous drug administration. Method: Using descriptive quantitative method with cross sectional approach. The population is all nurses and midwives working at Siloam Hospitals Labuan Bajo and sample about 35 peoples consisting of nurses and midwives in IPD and in ICU & NICU. Sampling using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Statistical analysis using statistical test that is Spearman Rank (Rho) correlation test. Result: p value = 0,744 which means there is no long working relationship with compliance of Standard Operational Procedure in Siloam Hospitals Labuan Bajo. Conclusion: All nurses and midwives do not comply with applicable SOP. This shows that not always someone with longer work experience guarantees the individual to obey the applicable SOP.
