Abstract

Keselamatan pasien merupakan sistem tatanan pelayanan rumah sakit yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan pasien, salah satunya adalah pasien terhindar dari kejadian jatuh. Perawat sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan perlu mematuhi SOP pencegahan resiko jatuh seperti mengkaji dan menilai skor resiko jatuh pasien untuk mengevaluasi tindakan yang telah dilakukan, mengetahui tindakan selanjutnya, serta memberi intervensi sesuai dengan skor tersebut seperti memberi gelang resiko jatuh dan menaikkan bed rail guna meningkatkan keselamatan pasien terhindar dari jatuh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepatuhan perawat terhadap pelaksanaan SOP pencegahan resiko jatuh. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi terhadap perawat Ruang Rawat Inap IPD 1 dan 2 Siloam Hospitals Labuan Bajo. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 17 perawat dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Hasil penelitian kepatuhan perawat dalam mencegah kejadian jatuh pada resiko rendah yaitu “patuh” 65%, pada resiko sedang “patuh” 24%, serta pada resiko tinggi “patuh” 29%. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi skor resiko jatuh pasien menunjukkan kepatuhan perawat yang semakin rendah / Patient safety is hospitals service system with aims to increase patient healthy, One of the aims is to Reduce the Risk of Patient Harm Resulting From Falls. Nurses as healthcare giver should have maximum compliance for implementation of standard operasional procedure of fall risk prevention such as assessing the patient fall risk score for evaluation and to know the next intervention, putting a fall risk bracelet and raising the bed rail to increace patient safety and prevent patient from fall. The objective of this research is to investigate the nurse compliance toward SOP implementation of fall risk prevention. This research use descriptive quantitative method with the cross sectional approach. Data will collect with observation the nurses of IPD 1 and 2 Siloam Hospitals Labuan Bajo. The samples of this research is 17 nurses with total sampling technique. The result of the study are categorized into three parts preventing incidence of fall, nurse compliance with low risk is 65%, with medium risk is 24% and with high risk is 29%. The conclusion of the study is high patient fall risk showed lower compliance of nurses.
