Abstract

Kecemasan pasien merupakan masalah yang kompleks bagi pasien yang akan menjalani tindakan pembedahan yang dapat dilihat dengan adanya perubahanperubahan fisiologis. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan wawancara dari 10 pasien yang akan menjalani operasi ada 7 pasien yang mengatakan cemas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pra operasi di Ruang Sinai Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan kuesioner Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale. Populasi penelitian adalah pasien pra operasi di Ruang Sinai dengan rata-rata 118 pasien. Teknik sampling menggunakan Purposive Sampling sebanyak 91 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 81 responden (89%) mengalami tingkat cemas ringan, 10 responden (11%) mengalami tingkat cemas sedang, dan tidak ada responden yang mengalami tingkat cemas berat dan panik. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan penelitian dalam menggali perasaan pasien yang akan dilakukan operasi / Patient’s anxiety is a complex problem for patients that will undergo action surgery can be seen in the presence of physiological changes. It was evidenced from the interview in Sinai Ward of Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk of 10 patients who will be operated there are 7 patients who said dismay. This study aims to know the anxiety levels of preoperative patients in Sinai Ward of Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk. The research method was used a quantitative descriptive, with the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale questionnaire. The study population was preoperative patients in the Sinai Room with an average of 118 patients. Sampling technique was used Purposive Sampling counted 91 respondents. The results was indicated that 81 respondents (89%) has mild anxiety levels, 10 respondents (11%) has moderate anxiety levels, and no respondents who has severe anxiety levels and panic. Recommendations for future researchers are expected to conduct research in exploring the feelings of patients who will be operated.
