The Purposes of this research to find out prediction & outcome intention from Financial Threat. The researcher using Total Debt, Economic Hardship & Anxiety as factor of financial threat. On the hand, the researcher using Willingness to Change Financial Behavior, Psychological Distress & Job Search Behavior as factor of affective/behavioral outcome. The total respondent of this research is 249 & active graduated student which has job in Jakarta. using Structural Equation Model (SEM), empirical evidence shows that Total Debt, Economic Hardship effecting on Financial Threat which Willingness to Change Financial Behavior, Psychological Distress & Job Search Behavior become affective factor of Financial Threat. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menunjukan prediksi & intensi yang mucul dari Financial Threat individu. Peneliti menggunakan Total Debt, Economic Hardship & Anxiety sebagai faktor penyebab terjadinya Financial Threat individu. Di sisi lain, Peneliti menggunakan faktor Willingness to Change Financial Behavior, Psychological Distress & Job Search Behavior untuk dapat menunjukan intensi yang muncul dari Financial Threat Individu. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 249 & merupakan para Mahasiswa aktif S2 di Jakarta yang sedang bekerja. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM), dari bukti empiris dapat ditemukan bahwa Total Debt, Economic Hardship berpengaruh terhadap Financial Threat & Willingness to Change Financial Behavior, Psychological Distress & Job Search Behavior secara positif berhubungan dengan faktor intensi yang muncul dari Financial Threat individu.
