This research is conducted to identify whether return on equity, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio have a significant impact toward stock return in miscellaneous manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables use in this research will be Return on Equity, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio as the independent variables, while dependent variable is stock return.The data used in this research was secondary data obtained from Indoenesia Stock Exchange official site (www.idx.co.id). The samples of this research will be selected using judgmental sampling method consisting 14 listed companies in miscellaneous manufacturing sub sector with total of 56 sample data gather during 2014 - 2017. The result shows that financial ratios simultaneously does not have significant impact toward stock return as significance level in F test is higher than alpha 0,05. From the research result, neither of any of the independent variables individually have a significant impact on stock return in miscellaneous manufacturing industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which is proven by the result from t test that ROE, CR, and DER each have t statistic value lower than table, thus hypothesis is rejected.
