This study aims to test and analyze the Influence of Return on Equity and Earning per Share on stock prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015 - 2017, which amounted to 50 companies. The sample of this study was 105 companies, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression methods and classical assumption testing to get a good regression model. The results of this study show simultaneously Return on Equity and Earning per Share has a significant effect on the stock prices of property and real estate companies registered in the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2015 - 2017. Partially Return on Equity has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, while Earning per Share has a positive effect and significant to stock prices. The conclusion of this study is that the increase in Return on Equity and Earning per Share will cause an increase in stock price.
