This research is conducted to identify whether good corporate governance has significant impact on stock price in consumer good industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used in this research will be Board of Commissioner, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership as the independent variables, while dependent variable is stock price. The data used in this research was secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange official site (www.idx.co.id). The samples of this research will be selected using purposive sampling method consisting of 11 listed companies in consumer good industry sub sector with total of 55 sample data gathered during 2013 - 2017. The result shows that good corporate governance simultaneously has significant impact on stock price as significance level in F test is lower than alpha 0,05. From the research result, managerial and institutional ownership individually has significant impact on stock price in consumer good industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which is proven by the result from the significance level in T test is lower than alpha 0,05, thus hypothesis is accepted. Asfor board of commissioner, it does not have significant impact on stock price in consumer good industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, which is proven by the result of t test that t statistic value lower than t table, thus hypothesis is rejected.
