This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of sales growth, fund decisont and return on equity on basic and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2013-2017. The independent variables used in this study were Sales Growth, Fund Decision and Return on Equity. The dependent variable used in this study was Company Value. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population of this study were 64 basic and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2013-2017. The sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling techniques with the total obtained samples that met the criteria of 15 companies. The data collection method is using secondary data. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression methods and classical assumption tests. Based on the results of research and analysis by using SPSS 25 indicate that the sales growth, fund decision and return on equity simultaneously effect the company value in basic and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. Partially the sales growth has no significant effect on company value, the fund decision has no significant effect on company value, and return on equity significantly effect company value.
