This study aims to investigate the influence of service quality, tax awareness, tax understanding, and tax socialization on individual taxpayer compliance. The independent variables of this study are the service quality, tax awareness, understanding of taxation, and tax socialization, while the dependent variable is the individual taxpayer compliance. The populations in this study is the individual taxpayers listed on KPP Pratama Medan Belawan. The research samples were drawn using convenience sampling techniques and it was obtained that there were 100 taxpayers sampled. This study used quantitative research, using primary data directly through questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 25 and secondary data sources. Data were analyzed to test the hypothesis using multiple linear analysis using of F test and T- test at significance level of 5% and Adjusted R square was 73.6% change in the individual taxpayer compliance variable (Y) is explained by changes in service quality (X1), tax awareness (X2), tax understanding (X3), and tax socialization (X4). The results of this study showed that simultaneously service quality, tax awareness, tax understanding, and tax socialization have a significant effect on the individual taxpayer compliance. And partially, service quality, tax awareness, and tax socialization have a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Medan Belawan. Viceversa, tax understanding has an insignificant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Medan Belawan
