The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Net Income and Cash Flow Components towards Stock Price. This research is focusing on consumer goods industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year 2015-2017. This research is quantitative which is using secondary data obtained from company’s annual financial statements in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Method of sampling that is used in this research is purposive sampling, the samples chosen are 26 companies from 40 populations with total observation data of 78. The data analysis used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. Testing is done by using net income and cash flow components which consist of operating cash flow, investing cash flow, and financing cash flow. The results of this research prove that partially, net income has a significant positive effect, operating cash flow has an insignificant negative effect, investing cash flow has an insignificant positive effect, and financing cash flow has an insignificant negative effect towards stock price. This research indicates that the information of net income is most used by investors in assessing the performance of consumer goods industry in IDX rather than the information of cash flows. Simultaneously, all of the independent variables, net income, operating cash flow, investing cash flow and financing cash flow has a significant effect towards the dependent variable, stock price.
